Porting Phone Numbers

Transferring your existing phone numbers can be one of the longest lead time actions to complete. It’s crucial to consider this carefully and ensure sufficient lead time to complete number porting prior to the EoS date. For guidance, we recommend you allow up to 45 days for the transfer of your phone numbers. However, you should collaborate with your new provider to identify the timelines and processes required for porting phone numbers.

Port Your Phone Numbers Without Hassle

Customer Service Record (CSR)

Customers can request a CSR by opening a support case. Customers migrating to RingEX™ will obtain their CSR as part of the Migration Assist Package.

Letter of Authorization (LOA)

Obtain the Letter of Authorization Form from your winning carrier RingCentral or new selected provider.

Toll Free Responsible Organization (RespOrg) Form if needed

Obtain a RespOrg Form from your winning carrier, RingCentral or new selected provider.

Copy of your current invoice

A copy of your current invoice is available using the steps below.
1. In the Online Billing Portal click Invoice & Payment.
2. Click the Invoice #, which is underscored, for the current month.
3. Save a copy of the PDF.
